SEO Specialist (Search Engine Optimization)

About the role

Selfcraft Media is looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to plan and execute SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, drive qualified traffic, and boost overall website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and technical reviews.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content structures.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute ethical link‑building campaigns and manage local SEO listings.
• Collaborate with development, content, and marketing teams to resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, website speed, and structured data implementation.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of search engine algorithms.
• Ability to deliver measurable organic growth and work collaboratively across teams.
