SEO Specialist – 3-4 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for our websites. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy, while staying ahead of AI‑driven search trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy, including technical audits, on‑page optimization, content planning, and link building.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high‑intent opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured‑data issues.
• Brief and guide content teams to produce useful, differentiated content that earns visibility.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; report SEO impact on business outcomes.
• Stay proactive with algorithm updates and emerging AI‑driven search formats.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience (in‑house or agency).
• Strong grasp of technical SEO concepts such as crawling, indexing, canonicalization, site migrations, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Proven track record with on‑page optimization, content‑led SEO, and real‑world link‑building tactics.
• Proficiency with core SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and at least one of Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.
• Ability to translate SEO data into clear, business‑focused recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of E‑E‑A‑T principles.
