SEO Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert to join Search Ally Agency’s white‑label digital marketing team. The role focuses on improving organic search performance for agency clients through strategic on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering on‑page, off‑page and technical elements.
• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide content creation.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, site speed, mobile optimisation, indexing and structured data.
• Optimise website elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure and overall site architecture.
• Build and manage high‑quality backlinks using ethical white‑hat outreach and digital PR tactics.
• Monitor and report performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, SEO trends and AI‑driven platforms, collaborating with content and development teams to implement best practices.
• Manage the company’s presence on AI‑powered discovery platforms to increase visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably within a digital‑marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of search‑engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Experience with both local and global SEO, including Google My Business optimisation.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
