SEO Executive / WordPress Developer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO professional who can develop and maintain WordPress websites, drive organic growth and support lead generation for a fast‑growing real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites (frontend & backend).
• Customize themes, plugins and build responsive UI/UX.
• Handle end‑to‑end website development from design to deployment.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance and SEO.
• Execute on‑page and technical SEO (meta tags, schema, site structure).
• Build and manage high‑quality backlinks and off‑page SEO strategies.
• Ensure website security, backups and smooth functionality.
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on WordPress experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical).
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore or relocate.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• WordPress (frontend & backend).
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic PHP.
• Elementor or WPBakery page builders.
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console.
• Backlink building.
• Website speed optimization and performance tuning.
