SEO Executive

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to design and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy. You will work across SEO, paid advertising, influencer and YouTube outreach, PR, and analytics to boost online visibility, traffic, and lead conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously optimise technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
• Conduct regular SEO audits (site architecture, metadata, internal linking, content structure) and lead corrective actions.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video) to drive targeted traffic while controlling budget.
• Plan and execute influencer and YouTube outreach programmes, negotiating partnerships to extend brand reach.
• Lead press‑release outreach, craft compelling releases, engage media outlets and secure coverage and backlinks.
• Mentor and manage the digital marketing team, setting objectives and fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to align SEO and paid strategies with website architecture and UX.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz and ad‑platform dashboards.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends and emerging tools, piloting innovations where appropriate.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, managing scope, performance and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, paid advertising and PR/influencer outreach.
• Hands‑on experience conducting technical SEO audits and driving organic growth.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns and influencer collaborations.
