SEO & AEO Manager

About the role

Spacemen Digital is looking for an SEO & AEO Manager to lead the evolution of search strategies in an AI‑driven landscape. Based in Trivandrum, you will combine classic SEO expertise with emerging Answer Engine Optimization techniques to make client brands the primary source for AI‑generated answers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO roadmaps that boost organic growth and brand authority.
• Perform deep technical audits to ensure site health, crawlability, and mobile‑first compliance.
• Implement advanced Schema Markup (JSON‑LD) and structured data to optimize content for large language models.
• Conduct intent‑focused keyword research and create conversational query clusters for AI discovery engines.
• Design and run high‑quality backlink and digital PR campaigns to strengthen domain trust.
• Measure performance using GA4, Search Console, and AI‑tracking tools, reporting ROI and share‑of‑voice in AI snapshots.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align all digital assets with human and LLM requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable traffic and ranking growth.
• Deep understanding of large language models and their impact on search results.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site architecture as they relate to search performance.
• Expert‑level proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
