About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visa Documents Agent to support clients throughout their travel or immigration journey. You will manage the collection, review, and verification of essential documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to move cases forward.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and review sensitive government and personal documents from clients.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation and flag any issues.
• Provide proactive updates and communicate clearly with clients about their case status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation problems and keep cases moving.
• Maintain detailed records using internal tools and follow company processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Empathetic, calm under pressure, and capable of solving problems proactively.
• Reliability and initiative to work independently and improve processes.
