Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounting

About the role

AppViewX is seeking a strategic senior leader to head finance and accounting across its global operations. Reporting to the executive team, the Senior Vice President will ensure robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and scalable processes that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Close & Reporting – Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closes, improve timelines, and maintain audit‑ready financial statements.
• Compliance & Governance – Achieve zero major audit findings, complete statutory, tax and external audit requirements, and strengthen internal controls.
• Operational Excellence – Standardise accounting processes, drive automation and NetSuite optimisation, and ensure strong balance‑sheet hygiene.
• Business Partnership – Build credibility with leadership, auditors and investors, and provide proactive accounting guidance on contracts and operational changes.
• Team Leadership – Build and lead a high‑performance finance team across multiple entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to oversee accounting operations across geographies.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.
• Experience driving process automation and ERP optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
