Senior Test Automation Engineer – Product Test

About the role

AVeVA is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join its global Engineering & Services group in Hyderabad. You will design and implement automated test frameworks and suites for product testing, collaborating with software development and QA teams to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using C#/.NET.
• Design functional and non‑functional automated tests for Windows applications.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and support continuous delivery.
• Work with development teams to make code testable and provide feedback on testability.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and recommend quality improvements.
• Lead automation efforts, mentor junior engineers, and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging testing tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Experience in agile or structured development environments.
