About the role
Saviynt is seeking a hands‑on Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical direction of a major product area. You will own the roadmap, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of large‑scale solutions that protect digital assets for Fortune‑500 customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own definition, roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of complex technical programs.
- Implement and refine cross‑functional development frameworks to accelerate technology delivery.
- Lead planning and execution across distributed teams to meet major product milestones.
- Establish regular stakeholder communication, manage risks, and escalate decisions to senior leadership.
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Architects to provide technical oversight and mitigate technical debt.
- Maintain organizational governance standards, track program health metrics, and enforce SLAs.
- Drive process improvements across the product development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10‑12 years of progressive technical program/project management experience, including 1‑2 years in a senior TPM or equivalent role.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross‑disciplinary teams and deliver impactful products.
