Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive execution of one or multiple programs.
• Manage delivery plans, commitments, and timelines.
• Organize and accelerate related projects across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations.
• Create predictable delivery paths for large or complex efforts.
• Improve, streamline, or eliminate excess processes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance ways of working and mitigate risks.
• Conduct retrospectives, recommend actions, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, and actions; report progress regularly.
• Serve as the first point of contact and source of truth for project status.
• Understand business strategy to influence and align teams and technologies.
• Contribute to the program management community by sharing best practices.
