Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – MENA

EY is reshaping talent attraction across the Middle East and North Africa. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines for a range of specialist and experienced positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across MENA to develop and implement sourcing strategies for priority hires.
• Identify, engage and assess high‑caliber talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and talent communities.
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings, evaluating skills, experience, motivations and role fit.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across EY service lines.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and hiring recommendations as a Talent Advisor.
• Leverage sourcing tools, ATS platforms, social media and professional networks to locate talent in diverse markets.
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Lead talent mapping projects for strategic and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion by proactively engaging diverse talent pools.
• Share best practices, market insights and industry trends with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems and meet operational, quality and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to influence and consult stakeholders using data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple geographies and service lines is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
