About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Finance positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and closing hires while partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve hiring targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Finance roles.
- Source, attract and hire qualified Finance candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and oversee offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience hiring for Finance functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
