Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst – Professional Hiring

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain. You will design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality, diverse talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct strategic intake sessions, workforce planning, and provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, employee referrals, niche job boards, and passive candidate engagement.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, including interview coordination, competency‑based assessments, and debrief facilitation.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to craft competitive offers and negotiate with candidates.
• Maintain proactive talent communities for recurring skill sets to reduce time‑to‑hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or recruiter for professional and corporate roles.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Commitment to delivering an inclusive, high‑touch candidate experience.
