About the role
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. In this role you will manage our server and network infrastructures, ensuring that software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly. You will also supervise the Operations team and support end‑users across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain internal systems, servers, devices and firewalls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software and network layers.
- Supervise the Operations team and train new system users.
- Monitor performance of servers, applications and network infrastructure.
- Upgrade network infrastructure and deploy new applications.
- Update technical documentation and manage user accounts.
Required profile
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with hands‑on experience on multiple operating systems.
- Proven experience supervising technical teams or operations staff.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain servers, firewalls and networking equipment.
