Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores, and other business locations. The role ensures the availability, security, performance, and reliability of Windows and Linux environments while delivering prompt technical support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on servers, networks, desktops, laptops, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Provide on‑site and remote support to corporate offices, retail stores, and other locations.
• Diagnose and fix POS systems, printers, scanners, and network connectivity problems in stores.
• Administer user accounts, access controls, system security, backups, and patching processes.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure‑related incidents.
• Support new store and office IT setup projects and infrastructure roll‑outs.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on system administration experience.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or other multi‑location business environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
