Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (CIAM)

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Senior Specialist in Software Engineering focused on Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). You will design, develop, and support secure, scalable identity services for customer‑facing applications across the Animal Health portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support CIAM solutions using PingOne and related technologies.
• Implement authentication, SSO, MFA, authorization, federation, and consent management capabilities.
• Develop integrations between CIAM platforms and web applications.
• Support customer identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and architecture standards.
• Participate in platform upgrades, market rollouts, and modernization initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on CIAM.
• Hands‑on experience with PingOne, Okta, Auth0 or similar CIAM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, federation and API security.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms and modern software development practices.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git and Agile delivery methodologies.
