Senior Specialist – Product Management (Operational Intelligence)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to drive the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of its global regions. The role focuses on product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and shaping go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with regional ACS and global product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with ACS teams to support product commercialisation and drive customer engagement.
• Identify short‑term and long‑term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go‑to‑market efforts.
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and propose initiatives to improve customer engagement.
• Develop region‑specific commercial constructs, sales training materials, and customer value narratives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of consulting experience focused on go‑to‑market, pricing, and commercialisation of technology or data‑driven solutions.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen; experience in payments or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
