Senior Specialist, Process Data Engineering

About the role

Join a global biopharma leader as a Senior Specialist in Process Data Engineering, based in Hyderabad’s Tech Center. You will design and operate data pipelines that feed an object‑centric process model, enabling AI‑driven process automation across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines extracting event logs and transactional data from SAP, Veeva, Appian, Oracle and ServiceNow.
• Design object‑centric data models that create a dynamic Process Digital Twin for AI agents.
• Operate within Agile Scrum, translating business needs into technical user stories and handling SDLC code promotion across Dev, QA and Prod.
• Develop and deploy process‑aware AI agents, integrating Large Language Models to provide natural‑language “Process Copilots”.
• Implement predictive ML models to forecast process delays, compliance risks and bottlenecks.
• Ensure all work complies with IT governance, GxP standards and corporate AI ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 7‑11 years of experience in data engineering, with strong expertise in database, cloud and process‑mining platforms.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
