Senior Specialist, Automation Architect

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Senior Specialist, Automation Architect. You will design and deliver scalable AI/ML and automation solutions that support Enterprise Architecture initiatives, working within a collaborative, digitally‑focused technology center.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain tools, content, and capabilities for the Enterprise Architecture organization.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable Python code and apply engineering best practices across the team.
• Enable successful delivery of complex automation projects and ensure solutions meet quality, timeliness, compliance, and user‑experience standards.
• Act as a technical resource, guiding decisions and contributing to production‑grade systems.
• Communicate with platform and competency teams to stay informed about emerging trends and methodologies.
• Interpret customer and stakeholder business needs to build solutions that align with business goals.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SDLC experience with strong Python programming and AI/ML pipeline development.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to collaborate, communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, and drive technical direction within a team.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling solutions using cloud services, data pipelines, databases, APIs, and modern engineering tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG systems, LLMs, and vector databases.
