Senior Solution Engineer – Global Capability Centers

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a world‑class Solution Engineer to work with global accounts and GCCs in India, helping customers adopt and expand the Snowflake data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
• Work hands‑on with prospects and customers to demonstrate value through demos, proof‑of‑concepts, design and implementation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and messaging.
• Run training sessions, workshops and webinars to help customers become proficient in Snowflake.
• Create technical champions in accounts to drive Snowflake adoption.
• Represent Snowflake at customer or industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a customer‑facing solution engineering or tech‑sales role, preferably with large global accounts.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong competency on modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehousing/lake, data science and data applications.
• Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences.
• Hands‑on expertise with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with large global accounts, GSIs or Global Capability Centers.
• Industry experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Technology or HCLS domains.
