Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) – Consumer Experience Engineering

About the role

You will join the Consumer Experience Engineering team to create fast, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences for consumers on web and mobile. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications that serve a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile apps using React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Integrate native iOS and Android modules to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
• Define robust architecture, state‑management, and API integration patterns.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and engineering peers to deliver high‑quality features.
• Implement testing, code‑quality, and automation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise app performance, stability, and user experience.
• Contribute to App Store and Google Play releases, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical mentoring, and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with React Native, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, lifecycle, and capabilities.
• Experience building and integrating native iOS and Android modules.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery cycles, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
