Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

About the role

Freshworks is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to help build uncomplicated service software that reduces business complexity. You will design and implement high‑performance backend services and responsive frontend interfaces that power customer and employee experiences for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend microservices and database schemas.
• Create highly interactive frontend application interfaces.
• Own feature delivery from requirement analysis through design, automated deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Write clean, extensible, well‑tested code following OOP and SOLID principles.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and SRE teams to translate requirements into platform features.
• Help maintain system metrics for high availability, multi‑tenant fault tolerance, and security compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack applications at scale.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and database design.
• Ability to write maintainable, test‑driven code.
• Experience working in cross‑functional agile teams.
