About the role

Dodge AI is building autonomous AI agents to maintain and modernize enterprise ERP systems. As a Senior Software Engineer on the founding team, you will help create the core backend infrastructure that powers AI‑driven workflows for large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade backend services for AI‑powered ERP products.
• Own features from concept through deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Build robust APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges involving AI‑enabled enterprise workflows.
• Debug production issues, improve system performance, and enhance reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teammates to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Help shape engineering practices as the team and product scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production‑grade systems.
• Background in fast‑paced startup or product environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous, early‑stage problems.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in HSR, Bengaluru.
