Senior Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional who lives and breathes the Indian social media ecosystem. This fully remote position is ideal for a senior specialist who can independently manage budgets, create bilingual (Hinglish) copy, and drive engagement for two distinct brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Brand A and Brand B across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and monitor trends to optimise performance.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with Indian festivals and local news cycles.
• Produce high‑quality graphics, videos, reels and blog posts using Canva Pro while maintaining brand consistency.
• Update and manage website content on WordPress (Brand A) and Kajabi/Thinkific (Brand B) and implement SEO best practices, including Hindi/regional keywords.
• Set up and run Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping, Lead Generation) with a monthly budget of ₹1 L‑₹3 L, focusing on ROAS, CPA and CTR.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in social media and performance marketing within India.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Meta Ads budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Fluency in Hinglish for copywriting, with the ability to switch between professional English and colloquial tone.
• Strong analytical mindset to track metrics, optimise campaigns and report insights.
