Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Blink Health is a fast‑growing healthcare technology company building platforms that make prescriptions accessible and affordable. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead reliability initiatives across our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for our flagship products BlinkRx and Quick Save.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and evolve SRE best practices, including error budgets, incident response, postmortems, and operational readiness standards.
• Define and drive observability strategy by setting SLIs/SLOs, creating high‑quality alerts, dashboards, and service health indicators.
• Design and implement software‑driven automation to eliminate manual toil and simplify operational complexity.
• Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery while coordinating engineering, security, and product stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers, provide architecture guidance, and ensure documentation and knowledge sharing are comprehensive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in site reliability, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles with demonstrated impact at scale.
