Senior Site Director – CPS India Plant

About the role

The Senior Site Director will lead one of Coca-Cola's CPS manufacturing plants in India. Reporting to the CPS India Leadership team, this role provides strategic direction across production, engineering, warehousing, operational excellence and HR to ensure continuous supply to bottling partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all plant functions, including Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Operational Excellence and HR.
• Collaborate with Planning, QSE, Finance and customer management to align plant operations with corporate goals.
• Ensure the plant meets its approved annual business plan, implements key programs and complies with KO Standards and local regulations.
• Act as the legal entity leader, managing relationships with local regulatory authorities.
• Drive flexibility and productivity improvements to support the evolving Coca-Cola portfolio.
• Lead and develop a direct‑report team, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on safety, quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources, execute business plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with experience collaborating across functional teams.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
