Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead technical SEO, content strategy, AI‑driven automation and data analytics initiatives. The role focuses on leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to boost organic traffic, improve search visibility and drive business growth for our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage AI‑powered workflows for content generation, keyword clustering, automated SEO audits, internal linking recommendations, competitor monitoring and trend discovery.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Gumloop, Zapier, Make, n8n and other automation platforms.
• Develop automated alerts for ranking fluctuations, traffic drops, indexing issues and emerging keyword opportunities.
• Create scalable content strategies using AI‑assisted workflows and collaborate with content teams to improve topical authority and quality.
• Implement content optimization based on Search Console, AI insights and user behavior data; manage large‑scale SEO pages and programmatic content initiatives.
• Build automated SEO dashboards using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, BigQuery and Google Sheets; automate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions and revenue impact, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, AI Search developments and industry trends; track competitors’ SEO strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
• Apply Python, Google Sheets automation, API integrations and data analysis/visualisation to support SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical and programmatic SEO.
• Experience managing websites with 1 M+ monthly organic traffic.
• Background in EdTech, e‑commerce or marketplace businesses.
• Knowledge of AI Search, large‑language‑model optimisation and AI citation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
