Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative to join its Security Response Center. In this position you will handle time‑sensitive safety and alarm incidents, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and troubleshoot life‑safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarm issues routed to the Security Response Center.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts and staff to coordinate incident response.
• Provide feedback and propose improvements to security processes and tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze false‑alarm trends to reduce fines.
• Lead projects, conduct training, and act as an escalation point for junior analysts.
• Interpret security procedures and mentor less‑experienced team members.
• Interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of private, banking, or corporate security support experience, or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• At least 4 years in the security industry, with 2 years in a command‑center analyst or senior analyst role.
• Experience with security command‑center tools, software, and operational processes.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned Security Response Center and adapt to rotating shift schedules (early morning, afternoon, night).
