Senior Salesforce Sales & Experience Cloud Consultant

About the role

The Senior Associate will implement and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to boost customer engagement and streamline sales processes. You will gather business requirements, configure Salesforce features and ensure seamless user experiences across portals and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions and document functional requirements.
• Configure and customise Sales Cloud (sales management, campaigns, lead conversion, forecasting, territory management, etc.).
• Design and implement Experience Cloud portals for partner management, self‑service, and knowledge sharing.
• Integrate AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga Composer, Sales Navigator, Cloudingo and OwnBackup.
• Prepare solution designs, system architecture diagrams and configuration runbooks; conduct user training and create documentation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Completed at least two end‑to‑end Sales and Experience Cloud implementations, including CPQ and Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
