Senior Salesforce Developer – Technical Lead

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to drive CRM transformation initiatives. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging the latest platform capabilities and AI‑driven Data Cloud features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related platforms.
• Architect and build native Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows and platform events.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and event‑driven patterns.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation and AI insights.
• Define and enforce coding standards, governance, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and support DevOps processes including CI/CD and release management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex, enterprise‑grade CRM projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on scalability and reusability.
