Senior Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

About the role

Sky Volt Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing rooftop and distributed solar EPC business in Jaipur. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and help the company meet its ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the solar market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, EPC partners and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, present and follow up on sales proposals and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform sales strategy.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM and other sales‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar or renewable‑energy sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of solar energy market dynamics and basic technical aspects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tracking tools.
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
