Senior Sales Executive – Logistics & Transport

About the role

Balaji Freight Carriers Pvt. Ltd., a leading EXIM road transport provider in Delhi, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand its footprint in the export‑import and container transportation segment. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue across Delhi NCR and major transport corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in EXIM road and container transportation.
• Generate leads, build strong relationships with new and existing clients, and manage key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or related fields.
• Experience in EXIM, container, or road transportation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, and able to travel within Delhi/NCR for client meetings.
