Senior Sales Executive – Alloy Solutions

About the role

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier to the jewellery manufacturing sector, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of its specialised alloy portfolio in Mumbai. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and expanding market share among jewellery manufacturers and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed alloy product targets.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the jewellery manufacturing ecosystem.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations of alloy solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximise profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analyses for management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to spot strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level sales experience in jewellery, precious metals, alloys, industrial products or related technical fields.
• Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy or a related discipline is desirable.
• Existing network within the Mumbai jewellery manufacturing community is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
