Senior Recruiter – US Healthcare (Volume Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive US‑to‑US hiring for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and other healthcare positions. The role focuses on high‑volume recruitment, requiring the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements for RCM and healthcare functions.
• Design and execute volume hiring campaigns to meet aggressive staffing targets.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including posting, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal standards throughout hiring.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS (or similar) and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or RCM.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare hiring practices and compliance requirements.
