Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Graveiens Eduservices Private Limited is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its growing educational services business. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple positions.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high‑calibre candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse candidate pool.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support them in meeting their hiring targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level recruitment, preferably in the education or services sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
