Senior Quality Test Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Test Engineer to lead the design and execution of performance and automation tests for our risk‑solution software platforms. You will work closely with engineering, product and UX teams to ensure high‑quality releases that meet the expectations of government and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own test automation strategy across API, application and UI layers.
• Develop, maintain and expand automated test suites for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with QA, development and product teams to identify, reproduce and resolve defects.
• Drive systematic quality improvements and contribute to process standards.
• Participate in performance testing to validate scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and test lifecycle.
• Experience working in an AEST‑aligned time zone and flexibility for remote workdays.
