About the role

We are seeking a Senior Public Relations Executive to lead PR initiatives for our fashion and lifestyle clients in New Delhi. The role involves shaping communication strategies, managing media relations, and delivering innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies based on sector insights.
• Identify market and competitor trends, monitor media conversations, and advise clients accordingly.
• Manage large‑scale events, including timeline creation, venue selection, and resource coordination.
• Build and nurture relationships with national and regional media outlets.
• Handle media queries, draft press releases, newsletters, by‑lined articles, speeches, and scripts.
• Collaborate with clients in planning sessions, contributing fresh ideas and strategic input.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks and overseeing their development.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in public relations, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to understand client objectives and competitor landscapes.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable PR plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of successful media placements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing events and guiding junior staff.
