Senior Project Manager

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Talent Technology team. You will lead global, transformative projects that integrate talent systems across EY’s technology landscape, driving both technical and organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver global projects and programs aligned with the Talent agenda and roadmap.
• Integrate and harmonise systems within the Talent and EY technology ecosystems.
• Conduct rapid assessments of current client landscapes and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop and share knowledge assets across internal projects and EY communities.
• Manage project deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of project management experience, including global‑scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to run both IT and non‑IT transformation projects.
• Experience with change management across technology, process, and organization.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills for senior‑leadership reporting.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS.
• SuccessFactors talent management platform.
• Agile and Waterfall project‑management methodologies.
• Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite.
