Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD). In this role you will drive pre‑sales engagements and lead technical delivery of Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions for strategic customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects, pursuit leads and account executives to shape proposals and statements of work.
• Support pre‑sales activities by translating business requirements into technical solution offerings.
• Lead customer and partner meetings to understand needs and map them to Microsoft Cloud and AI services.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure appropriate staffing and capacity.
• Manage escalations, drive issue resolution and communicate status to executive stakeholders.
• Provide oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with architectural intent and industry‑specific processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi‑disciplinary technology projects.
• Strong pre‑sales and solution‑selling background with enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills at senior executive level.
• Ability to identify technical and business risks and propose effective mitigations.
