Senior Product Manager – Global Ops Tech

About the role

Coupang is building the future of commerce and seeks a senior product leader to drive innovative solutions within its Global Operations Technology division. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, collaborating across teams to deliver high‑impact features that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and key performance indicators.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from inception to launch, including writing requirements, defining use cases and setting success metrics.
• Define new projects with clear goals and timelines, coordinating multi‑party communication and detailed project management.
• Inspire and align cross‑functional teams around the product vision to bring concepts to life.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, impact analysis and iterative feature enhancements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering compelling product visions.
• Analytical thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, data‑driven, ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bias for action and willingness to get hands‑dirty to achieve results.
• Strong business judgment, superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience.
