Senior Product Manager – Fraud & Risk

About the role

Easyship is a shipping‑technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong fraud‑prevention exposure to own initiatives across checkout, account creation, and post‑purchase flows. You will define problem statements, align with our product vision, and work with design and engineering to ship features that reduce fraud loss, prevent abuse, and build trust for our merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for account management, covering authentication, login security (MFA, reCAPTCHA, OAuth2, enterprise login), authorization, fraud prevention, and KYC/KYB.
• Drive subscription management, tiering, entitlements, usage limits, and upgrade/downgrade flows to ensure seamless user experience and revenue accuracy.
• Integrate enterprise logins with identity providers (SSO, SAML, OAuth2) and platform ecosystems for secure, scalable access.
• Prioritise initiatives balancing user experience, conversion, fraud risk, and compliance needs.
• Shape and execute the roadmap for payment security, including checkout fraud rules and 3‑DSecure/SCA.
• Lead delivery from discovery to release, setting success metrics such as fraud rate, chargeback ratio, false‑positive rate, and manual review time.

Required profile

• 6+ years in fraud and risk with hands‑on ownership of fraud prevention for transactional or high‑volume products.
• Strong grasp of fraud fundamentals: account takeovers, synthetic/friendly fraud, chargebacks, device/behavioural signals, rules, ML models, and evidence workflows.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization fundamentals: MFA, SSO, OAuth2, SAML, role‑based access control.
• Data‑first operator comfortable with funnels, experimentation, KPIs, and trade‑off modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organised, and entrepreneurial.
