Senior Product Designer – Observability Platform

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at SigNoz, you will partner with product managers and engineers to shape a platform that enables developers and SREs to monitor, debug, and optimize their applications. You will take concepts from early discovery through to production‑ready experiences, designing data‑rich interfaces that remain intuitive.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver user‑centric features.
• Drive end‑to‑end product thinking across onboarding, instrumentation, troubleshooting, debugging, runtime analysis, and performance investigation workflows.
• Leverage AI‑assisted prototyping tools to explore ideas quickly, validate concepts, and accelerate iteration.
• Engage directly with customers to ground design decisions in real‑world workflows.

Required profile

• 4‑10 years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio of complex technical products.
• Experience designing for developer platforms, observability tools, or other highly technical domains.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and influencing product direction through systems thinking.
• Deep understanding of edge cases, scalability, information architecture, and designing for technical depth without sacrificing usability.
