Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Cohere Health’s design team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on creating end‑to‑end experiences for healthcare professionals, turning complex workflows into intuitive, high‑impact solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, research and data teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from problem framing through polished delivery and iteration for complex enterprise healthcare workflows.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and data teams throughout discovery, delivery and iteration.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
• Use AI‑powered tools to accelerate research, generate concepts, connect designs with front‑end implementation and prototype rapidly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software product design experience with ownership of end‑to‑end product experiences.
• Experience designing enterprise digital products, preferably in healthcare, fintech or analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Figma (primary design tool).
• AI‑powered design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI.
• Frontend technologies: React, HTML/CSS, Material Design, Design Tokens.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
