Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead visual development for campaigns, brand identities and digital assets across a variety of client projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Hyderabad involves conceptualising and executing designs for social media, web, print and motion‑based deliverables while collaborating with creative, strategy and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine logos, typography systems, layouts and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Create assets for social media, websites, print collateral and motion graphics.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in client presentations and justify design decisions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate compelling visual concepts.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing diverse, high‑quality work.
• Experience in logo design, branding and creating coherent visual identity systems.
• Proficiency in typography, including type selection, hierarchy and legibility.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant motion or UI tools.
• Background in a fast‑paced creative agency environment with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
