Senior Process Executive – Insurance (Walk‑in Interview)

About the role

Infosys BPM is hiring a Senior Process Executive to support its Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) operations. The position is based in Bangalore and works the US night shift (09:30 PM – 06:30 AM). Candidates should have 1‑2 years of relevant experience and be ready to join immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex transaction tasks following standard operating procedures and service‑level agreements.
• Prioritise and schedule work based on task complexity to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and process batches of records with high accuracy, identifying and correcting errors.
• Independently manage individual cases, ensuring minimal rework and consistent quality.
• Handle all incoming operational volume, including account updates, conversions, and exception items.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout transaction execution.

Required profile

• Any graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or P&C insurance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to present reasoned viewpoints and justify decisions.
• Immediate availability to join.
