Senior Pricing Analyst

About the role

Cohere Health is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its FP&A team within the Commercial organization. The role focuses on building and maintaining pricing models, supporting sales and marketing financial planning, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive profitable pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes.
• Analyze cost impact of process and product improvements and integrate findings into financial models.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to create comprehensive pricing models and present strategic summaries to executive leadership.
• Review and approve deal opportunities, RFP responses, custom pricing structures, and discount frameworks.
• Support budget and forecast preparation for sales and marketing, leveraging Adaptive Insights for planning cycles and scenario modeling.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of pricing, commercial finance, or operations finance experience, preferably in healthcare, BPO, or technology‑enabled services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree or CPA/ICAI a plus).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience using AI‑powered analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Claude.
