Global Procurement Manager

About the role

The Global Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing for Tech & Services and other pre‑aligned categories across the EMEA region. The role ensures alignment with business needs, delivers year‑over‑year cost savings, adds value, and maintains compliance while partnering with internal stakeholders, legal, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full 7‑step sourcing process, from stakeholder intake and market scan to RFx execution and contract negotiation, achieving annual cost‑saving targets.
• Drive innovation and continuous‑improvement initiatives across assigned projects and sub‑categories.
• Conduct supplier selection, negotiations, and award decisions aligned with cost, compliance, sustainability, and business goals.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts in partnership with legal, category leads, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo standards.
• Manage supplier onboarding, financial due diligence, scorecard setup, and reference checks.
• Oversee e‑sourcing and contract‑management tools, leading automation, digitisation, and dashboarding initiatives.
• Coach junior procurement team members and act as a subject‑matter expert on sourcing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 8‑10 years of procurement or category‑management experience, preferably in a global matrix environment.
• Proven strategic sourcing expertise from market analysis through contract execution.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier‑management and cost‑modelling capabilities.
• Experience driving large‑scale organisational change and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑sourcing tools such as Ariba and Archlet.
• Experience using contract‑management systems like Icertis.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and modelling.
• PowerPoint for reporting and decision‑support dashboards.
• Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards for procurement metrics.
