About the role
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team in Nagercoil. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Linux‑based platforms, ensuring high availability and performance for critical services. You will work on‑site five days a week, collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux servers across multiple distributions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and related services.
- Monitor system health, apply patches, and perform regular updates.
- Document procedures and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support platform reliability.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience in Linux system administration.
- Proven ability to work independently in an on‑site environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
- System installation, configuration, and administration.
- Command‑line proficiency and scripting basics.
