Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Technical Program Manager will partner with multiple business teams to define, design, and analyze data‑driven business requirements. You will translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications and drive engineering delivery across Global Technology Services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze common and shared platforms, infrastructure, and services to create new service and infrastructure scenarios that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Own, manage, and deliver multiple large‑scale, complex programs across organizations, guiding teams toward successful outcomes.
• Develop and communicate specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, multi‑year visions across multiple feature teams.
• Identify, propose, and implement data strategies while driving data‑quality improvements.
• Establish systems to capture product feedback from customers and contribute to ecosystem design.

Required profile

• 13–15 years of relevant experience with expert‑level knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
• Strong budget, cost, and profitability management skills.
• Solid experience in data‑center, compute, network infrastructure, and IT service delivery.
• Proven ability to plan and execute technology projects and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at all organization levels.
